Command Leadership Engagement
The Command Leadership Engagement Seminar is a semi-annual forum designed to provide commanders and key leaders with essential updates on financial readiness issues affecting Marines, Sailors, and their families. Required under the Marine Corps Personal Financial Management Program (PFMP), this session covers all topics directed by Marine and Family Programs (MF) along with other relevant financial trends, local challenges, and best practices for supporting unit readiness. Attendance is encouraged for Commanders, Senior Enlisted Advisors, Family Readiness Officers, Command Financial Specialists (CFS), and Command Career Counselors/Career Retention Specialists, or their designated representatives. This seminar strengthens leadership awareness, promotes informed decision-making, and reinforces the command’s vital role in sustaining financial resilience across the force.
